You will learn how to utilize a methodology that seeks to support the direction of the coaching relationship while being inherently aware of the impact that positive language and support has on behavioral change.
Coaches must work to remain focused on the needs of the coachee, practicing behaviors and demonstrating attitudes that demonstrate genuine interest, attentive listening and unconditional support. Through these acts, positive leader coaching relationships can be developed.
